After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Nottingham University, Yang Zhang embarked on a Master's degree in Filmmaking at the London Film School, specializing in cinematography. She discovered her passion for visual storytelling during this time. She has worked on diverse projects, ranging from independent short films to commercials, music videos, and documentaries. These experiences led her selection as a camera trainee in the renowned First Step Cinematography program, where she had the opportunity to learn from industry masters and continue to strive for improvement.
