She has also worked with Director Christopher Blauvelt on the GROUPLOVE music video for DELETER and has shadowed Director Michael Goi on ABC's THE ROOKIE. Having grown up in a small desert town -- where nearly half the population lives beneath the poverty line -- and moving to Los Angeles as a young adult, she draws inspiration from her own self discipline and determination, and provides a unique perspective as a Korean/Mexican-American woman. Sylvia is a California native, was born and raised in the high desert, and earned a degree in Communications while minoring in Asian Studies at Cal State Fullerton. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons.
