She's an Art Director, Background Artist and Look Development Artist working mostly with visual development and backgrounds on the animation industry.
She worked as a Background Artist in two feature-films, "The Adventures of the Red Airplane" (2015) and "A Cidade dos Piratas" (2018), the former being her first job in the animation industry. Lais also worked as Art Director of a short film called "Apneia" (2019). This short movie received several awards, including Best Art Direction at the 42º Festival Guarnicê de Cinema in 2019. Her other works include Art Direction, Background Art and Look Development on many other TV and web series as well as her own personal work.
Lais is currently is working in Ireland.
