She has decades of experience in media (Clear Channel, Radio One, and Tribune Entertainment), museums (Historic Hampton House, Georgia Aquarium, Penn Center, Historic Preservation), and Event Design (One Night in Miami, #DoSomethingBlack, The Florida Grand Opera). Imani holds a B.A. in African Studies from Savannah State University and a Master’s in Film and Media Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design. She started Sepia Kaleidoscope in 2015, collaborating with filmmakers, musical artists, and historical preservationists across Georgia, South Carolina, Louisiana, and South Florida.
