In 1998, at the celebration of his anniversary, the People's Artist of Russia Walter Zapashny gave his sons the attraction “Among the Predators”. In November 2012, Edgard Zapashny won the competition for the post of director of the Bolshoi Moscow State Circus on Vernadsky Avenue and today is the circus general director, while continuing to remain a performing artist. Since 2018 - Member of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Culture and Art.
