Sinópsis Temporada:
Poco después de la derrota de Gel-Shocker, Takeshi Hongo descubre a un grupo de hombres encapuchados poniendo una lápida con su nombre, en la que incluyen el símbolo de un escorpión, al informarle de esto a su amigo y compañero Hayato Ichimonji, comienzan a preocuparse por la posible aparición de un nuevo enemigo. Shiro ayudara a una joven que huye de alguien y se desmaya delante de el llevándola a su casa lo que tendrá nefastas consecuencias para la familia del joven. Lleno de ira les pide a Kamen Rider Ichigo y Nigo que le conviertan en un cyborg para vengarse de los asesinos de su familia, cirugía que le despojaría de su humanidad y que los Riders se negaran a realizar en un principio pero que acabarán realizando al estar al borde de la muerte el propio Shiro tras salvarles a ellos mismos de la trampa mortal de un viejo enemigo.
